Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience within financial services.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules.
• Proven ability to design policies and manage complex compliance programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with UK regulatory requirements, especially FCA rules.
• Lead regulatory readiness for market entry, licensing, and ongoing supervision.
• Build policies and controls covering AML, KYC, data privacy, and consumer duty.
• Establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes for ongoing compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution of business strategies.
