A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a Senior Leader to oversee a team focusing on Commercial Performance & Enablement. This role involves leveraging data to drive growth and operational efficiency while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be familiar with data tools such as Power BI and Excel, and excel in communication and leadership. This is an opportunity to shape the future of performance within the organization.
As a Senior Leader, you'll lead a team of around 80 colleagues within Commercial Performance & Enablement (CP&E), shaping how BCB defines, delivers, and communicates its performance story. You’ll own the core lead indicators that guide the BCB operating plan and trading performance, providing a complete, end‑to‑end view that empowers confident decision‑making. Acting as a key link between front‑line sales, product, channel, and Finance teams, you’ll champion growth, operational effectiveness, and data‑driven insight. You’ll also lead the development of future‑ready data capabilities, using innovative technologies such as Generative Business Intelligence (Gen BI) to deliver intuitive, accessible insights that strengthen strategic decisions. By combining strategic leadership with advanced data capabilities, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of BCB performance!
