Job Summary

Are you an experienced leader and subject matter expert on cardiology diagnostics? We're looking for a Head of Clinical Operations to lead our cardiology team and oversee governance inline with CQC domains of well‑led, safe, caring and responsive, whilst ensuring clinical and financial KPIs are being delivered.

Main Duties
  • Provide effective and visible clinical leadership to our clinically based cardiographers and remote based analysis teams.
  • Provide coaching and develop staff to reach their full potential, promoting self‑development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, such as acute trusts, clinical commissioning groups and primary care networks.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Xyla quality and governance frameworks and work with the CQC registered manager and Head of Screening Services to ensure services meet the inspection criteria.

Experience & Qualifications
