Responsibilities
  • Oversee care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
  • Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
  • Assess prospective residents prior to admission to the home and advise on the suitability for admission, ensuring needs can be met.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive care culture.
Qualifications
  • Experience within a Senior Care leadership or Care Management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
