This Head of Business Development opportunity would be ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on growth, collaboration and high-impact delivery.
As the Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in delivering substantial revenue growth aligned to the campus’ strategic objectives. The Harley Street Campus boasts excellent and progressive care in Cancer, Cardiac, Urology, Gynae, Neurosciences, Spinal, Orthopaedics, Endocrinology just to name a few. You will design and execute a forward-thinking business development strategy, identifying opportunities across service lines and working closely with clinical, operational and commercial teams to turn those opportunities into results.
You will also oversee the maintenance and ongoing management of medical consultant agreements, working collaboratively with legal, finance and other key stakeholders.
Alongside your strategic responsibilities, you will lead and develop a high‑performing Business Development team, ensuring a seamless service experience for medical consultants and internal stakeholders.
You will be joining a high-performing campus within HCA Healthcare UK at a time of exciting development and investment. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, lead growth initiatives and make a significant contribution to our long-term success.
