A high growth finance company in Greater London is seeking a Head of Brand to drive their brand strategy in a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will report to the CMO, managing brand execution across multiple channels including events and social media. Key responsibilities include coordination of creative teams and performance analysis. My client is born into the digital age high growth finance company, they are looking for a Head of Brand to join their fantastic team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £135,000, great benefits and a hybrid model of working from home 3 days a week, 2 days in their London office.
You will report directly to the CMO and work with HQ to plan and manage the brand strategy and own the execution from end-to-end including responsibility for working with colleagues to build brand awareness via online and offline channels including events, social, email and partnerships. You will also support and coordinate relevant agencies and a team of freelance and in house creatives to execute agreed goals. You will plan and measure performance KPIs to identify trends, revenue drivers and opportunities, presenting your findings to the marketing, product and leadership teams.
You will be an experienced, brand marketer with a strong understanding of platforms, channels, dynamics and media strategies for brand awareness and marketing campaigns. You will be a real team player with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset. You will have experience in working in large organisations with a proven track record of influencing teams with different working cultures.
