Role Overview

As a key leader within the Group Marketing team, the Head of Brand & Communications will be responsible for shaping customer perception, drive inbound demand and differentiate in a crowded market.

The role will focus on building, strengthening and evolving the Wireless Logic brand across all regions and touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Group CMO, this individual will work in close partnership with the Heads of Growth and Product Marketing and will lead a high‑performing brand and communications team.

This role encompasses both strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, overseeing our multi‑brand architecture and messaging and driving measurable impact on brand awareness, visibility in AI‑powered discovery environments, customer engagement and reputation.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of brand leadership in a B2B technology or SaaS environment, demonstrate deep understanding of modern marketing, including AI‑driven discovery channels and be an expert at matrix management, stakeholder alignment and creative problem‑solving.

  • Brand Leadership & Strategy (25%)
    • Develop and own the overarching Wireless Logic group brand strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture and visual identity.
    • Oversee a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints, including owned, earned and paid channels.
    • Lead brand integration across acquisitions, ensuring alignment under the group brand architecture while preserving local and market relevance.
  • Communications Management (25%)
    • Direct external communications strategies across PR, customer communications and relevant third‑party platforms such as Wikipedia and review sites
    • Ensure messaging/narrative consistency and impact across website, social media, customer‑facing collateral and executive speaking opportunities.
    • Manage internal communications efforts in close alignment with HR and executive leadership to drive employee engagement and cultural alignment.
    • Lead website brand execution in collaboration with the Head of Growth, ensuring alignment between brand storytelling and digital performance goals.
    • Own and evolve the content strategy to improve search and LLM visibility, support thought leadership and enable engagement across the customer lifecycle.
    • Oversee social media presence, third‑party listings (e.g., G2, Trustpilot) and customer advocacy programs to elevate brand perception.
    • Create and execute the event plan, ensuring that investments have measurable and strong RoI and that collaboration between Sales, Product and Marketing is excellent before, during and after events
  • AI‑Optimised Discovery & Martech Innovation (10%)
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI‑powered search and discovery, developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and referrals in LLM environments (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot).
    • Alongside the Head of Growth, Champion the integration of martech and AI tools to optimise marketing workflows, content distribution and measurement.
    • Directly manage the Brand Marketing team.
    • Provide dotted‑line leadership to field marketing teams across Europe and Asia‑Pacific, ensuring brand alignment, objective alignment and local resonance.
    • Collaborate across marketing, sales, product and commercial teams to align brand goals with business outcomes.
Key Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant time in brand, communications and content leadership roles.
  • Background in B2B technology, SaaS or IoT sectors strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience leading brand architecture, storytelling and digital marketing at a group or enterprise level.
  • Deep familiarity with AI trends in marketing and proven track record of using martech tools to deliver innovation and efficiency.
