A start-up, design-led consumer brand is redefining how people furnish their homes. Our client offers a flexible furniture rental model that makes it sustainable for people to create spaces they love. Backed by a strong group of investors and entering a new phase of growth, the team is now ready to build a category-defining brand.
Having validated strong customer demand through early acquisition experiments, the company is moving from bottom-funnel, performance-focused activity to full-funnel brand building-and they're hiring their first senior marketing leader to make it happen.
This is a rare chance to join as the first marketing hire, owning the marketing function end-to-end and shaping the brand's future from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Founders, you'll sit on the leadership team and define how the business acquires customers, builds awareness, and tells its story to the world.
You'll begin hands-on-crafting the strategy and delivering campaigns-before growing a team and working with best-in-class partners across brand, creative, and performance.
