Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • In this key role you will managing the busy support function
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring the administration team
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all administrative operations
  • Implementing and refining processes, systems, and workflows as the firm continues to scale
  • Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and leadership to enhance client service delivery
  • Taking a hands‑on approach where needed while also driving team performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within wealth management or financial planning is essential
  • A strong track record of managing people and improving administrative output
  • The ability to take charge of a busy and growing team from day one
