Your new company. We are currently working with a PE-backed consultancy group, based in London, who are preparing for a successful private equity exit in 2026!

Role and responsibilities

The role will support the Group Finance Director in delivering:

• Accurate and timely financial reporting
• Improving data hygiene across group companies
• Ensuring the finance function is investor-ready
• Managing the day-to-day finance team
• Supporting with due diligence
• Improve processes, systems and control
• AdHoc Private Equity focused tasks

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will possess a full ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with experience leading transactions. Within previous roles, you will have experience in professional services/consultancy and PE-backed businesses, a strong background in group reporting, consolidations, as well as financial controls. Finally, you will have a track record of improving reporting processes, data quality, and systems.
