Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the front‑of‑house guest experience in our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a warm and seamless welcome from arrival to departure.
  • Lead and inspire the host team to deliver genuine, polished, and memorable guest experiences.
  • Welcome and engage guests with professionalism and warmth, embodying Hyatt’s care and hospitality standards.
  • Manage and optimise the reservation and seating system, balancing guest satisfaction with operational efficiency.
  • Liaise closely with restaurant management, culinary, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries or concerns promptly, and support a proactive service culture.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and VIP experiences.
  • Maintain an organised and calm front desk presence, especially during peak service times.
About You

You are an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in guest‑facing environments and takes pride in leading by example. Previous experience in a supervisory host role within a premium dining or luxury hospitality setting. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
