We’re working with a renowned luxury resort in the heart of South Wales, searching for a talented Head Chef to lead their buffet‑style restaurant and wider culinary operation.   • £45,665 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge
  • 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

  • Overall responsibility for the resort’s buffet‑style restaurant, bar, spa café, and room service operations
  • Driving consistent culinary standards, menu execution and presentation across all outlets
  • Leading, coaching and developing a 20‑strong team, nurturing talent and succession
  • Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
  • Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
