We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Head Chef to join our team. You will lead by example, creating fresh, nutritious meals for our residents using the best available ingredients. The role offers straight shifts with no evening work and includes alternate weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and present high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, supporting their development through our Chef Academy.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met.
  • Participate in a fully supported induction focused on healthcare-specific culinary skills.
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate our hospitality offering.
