A leading hospitality provider based in Ware, UK is seeking a passionate Head Chef to manage kitchen operations for a well-established hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume kitchens and exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, leading a team of 15, and ensuring high standards of food and safety compliance. This established Hotel has 35 rooms with the kitchen providing breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner as well as an afternoon tea menu. All food is freshly prepared using quality seasonal ingredients and menus changed seasonally.
Working hours are 5/7 (weekends are included), 45 hours per week
