On behalf of our client, I am seeking an accomplished Head Chef, or one in the making, for a truly unique destination in Stirlingshire, Scotland. This is a superb opportunity to take leadership of a celebrated kitchen within an intimate hotel of just over a dozen bedrooms, located in the breathtaking Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The boutique scale of the property ensures a focus on quality over quantity, allowing for true culinary excellence. The focus here is on exceptional, modern Scottish cuisine, crafted with creativity and served against a backdrop of stunning lakeside views. The Role & Opportunity

You will take the helm of an intimate 38-cover restaurant, where a spectacular view is part of every service. This is a role for a chef who thrives on autonomy and wants to work with an exceptional local larder.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a philosophy of hyper-local sourcing, featuring trout caught daily from the lake and game sourced from the neighbouring estate.
• Designing and executing innovative menus that showcase the best of Scotland's natural bounty, evolving with the seasons and delighting a discerning clientele.
• Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, ensuring the consistently high ratings for food quality are maintained and elevated.
• Overseeing the complete dining experience across the property, including the intimate bar with its open fireplace.
