Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong background in culinary arts, and the ability to manage a busy kitchen environment. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • You will be required to work 5 days over 7 covering a combination of split and straight shifts. You will be working 40 hours (approx.) per week. Half an hour unpaid break allowed on each shift.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor food production processes to ensure quality control and consistency.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service.
