A leading hospitality group in Central London seeks an experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and food production for multiple venues. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume kitchen focusing on quality pub food and event catering while upholding exceptional food safety standards. Salary: £45,300 including Fixed Tronc
Hours: 40‑45 hours per week, dependent on business needs
