Head Chef
Location: Edinburgh

Responsibilities

Work in a hands‑on capacity within the kitchen. Take full responsibility for all kitchen staff, food production, preparation, quality control, costings, purchasing, inventory, GP, recipes for the hotel, weddings and events. Develop menus, procure all kitchen supplies and recipes. Manage training, development and management of all kitchen staff. Maintain the highest professional food quality and meet required legislation and HASSP requirements.

This stunning, well‑managed hotel offers a dining experience that guests return to year after year. The hotel is a wedding and banqueting venue that plays a large part of the daily business. The winning Head Chef will have scope to incorporate their own style into the menu, specials and future events.
