A regional healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a part-time health care assistant to join their dedicated team. Ward 6D is a 28 bedded respiratory ward in the new Royal building.
Under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse assisting the Ward / Department team in providing the highest possible standard of basic care for patients and their families/carer.
As Band 2 Health Care assistant duties will include supporting the registered nursing teams in providing patient care, clinical duties such as assisting patients with extended personal hygiene needs, meeting patients nutritional needs, including completing risk assessments and implementing plans of care. Pressure area care.
