A local healthcare provider in Morebath seeks a Healthcare Assistant to support clinical operations and deliver care to patients. To assist thePractices clinical team by undertaking a range of clinical and administrativesupport functions in delivery of service to patients. HCAs work within theestablished policies, standards and guidelines of the practice at all times,referring back to a registered healthcare professional any patient where an informed clinical judgement is required.
The demands ofthis post require a person who works well under pressure and who isenthusiastic, self-motivated and who can remain calm in sometimes stressfulsituations.
Thepost-holder will be exposed to blood and other bodily fluids and therefore willbe meticulous in adhering to precautions.
We are a Practice of 9000 patients in Bampton, West Oxfordshire. We serve the community of Bampton and surrounding villages. Approx 1/3 of our patients live in the nearby town of Carterton, where we have a branch site to serve the local community.
We are in a beautiful location, nestled between the Cotswolds to the west and Oxford to the east. We serve military families as the RAF Brize Norton is situated between Bampton and Carterton.
