Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a customer/visitor facing role with a strong emphasis on quality of service.
• Ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone.
• Demonstrable ability to learn new skills in a visitor-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class visitor experiences by engaging and assisting visitors.
• Act as an ambassador for the Tour, presenting a friendly and knowledgeable interface.
• Conduct Added Value Tours and assist in Audio Descriptive Tours as required.
