A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory management and site operations at their Doncaster Head Office. The successful candidate will lead a small on-site team, ensuring efficient logistics and production processes while maintaining high service levels. Essential skills include strong experience in inventory control, management in a production environment, and knowledge of operational compliance standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must for this role.

Qualifications

• Several years’ management experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines.
• A proactive, flexible and resilient approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Operations meetings, setting priorities and resolving issues.
• Implement and embed new systems and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Take full accountability for inventory across all locations and stages of production.

Skills

Electro-mechanical qualification

Valid and current FLT licence

ILM or CMI Level 5 qualification

Management experience within production or manufacturing

Experience with inventory control and management

Experience with NetSuite

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
