Handover Specialist

📍 Location: Preston
💰 Salary: £25,950 basic per annum, up to £33,450 including OTE
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, average 5-day week, 8:30 - 18:00 with every other Saturday off

About the Role:

As a Handover Specialist, you'll provide a tailored handover experience to each customer, ensuring a comprehensive introduction to their vehicle's specifications and features. You'll be instrumental in delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by:

  • Offering a personalised and continuous dialogue with customers.
  • Working closely with a team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Handling timely and accurate communications up to and during vehicle delivery
