As a Finance Graduate trainee at CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), you’ll complete a 3-year rotational programme designed to provide you exposure to and experience in core functions of Finance and Accounting across the GWS business.
You will also be exposed to high level business partnering with our operational leadership teams.
You’ll undertake 3x one-year placements across various finance functions gaining invaluable insights and experience. This will include but is not limited to:
Throughout the programme, you’ll pursue the ACA Level 7 Apprenticeship qualification. Study leave is provided for college attendance, and you will be supported by the Next Generation Learning & Development team and a dedicated Skills Coach to ensure that all aspects of the apprenticeship and ACA qualification are completed.
We are looking for final year undergraduates or recent graduates with less than two years’ experience in any degree discipline who enjoy working with both people and numbers.
