A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DUTY MANAGER at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS LONDON - SOUTHWARK
What you'll be doing...

You can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Ensuring the premises are in operative condition and able to receive and serve guests with service excellence.
  • Maintaining an excellent service standard of the reception by constant training and motivation of the team members.
  • Resolving any problem a guest may face during his stay in the hotel, providing the maximum service possible always with a margin for flexibility.
  • Supervising and delegating duties to supervisors and preparing work schedule for them.
  • Monitoring the co-ordination between departments for smooth and efficient operations.

To succeed in the role of Duty Manager , you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
