Ideal candidates are Associate Professors or Professors with hands-on experience in managing special issues for recognized journals. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing and organizing Special Issues for journals indexed in SCI or Ei Compendex.
• Ideal candidate at Associate Professor or Professor level.
• Currently serving as a Guest Editor with an active role.

• Guide authors in revising and improving their papers.

• Proposing a New Special Issue
  If you have not organized a special issue before but are interested, we can assist you in establishing a new special issue in a journal you are familiar with. We will provide comprehensive support throughout the process, including paper collection, editing, and submission assistance. As a Guest Editor, you will be responsible for:
• Defining and planning the special issue topic;
• Conducting initial review and selection of manuscripts;
• Guiding authors in revising and improving their papers;
• Ensuring all submissions meet the journal's academic standards and publication requirements.
