Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a scaling business, particularly as Chief of Staff or equivalent.
• Proven success in delivering high growth from Series A to C.
• Strong understanding of business models and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning cycles and facilitate strategic reviews.
• Chair weekly Exec Sync meetings and Extended Exec forums.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives and coach leadership team members.

Skills

Proven experience as Chief of Staff, COO, or Senior Ops leader
