Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple platforms and regions, acting as the lead for key countries.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with sales initiatives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, demand, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging Google Ads, social media, and regional partnerships to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize outbound campaigns, boost event visibility, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • English proficiency, fluency in another language; Spanish is a bonus.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a proven record of managing multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
