Job Description

We are seeking a senior growth manager to oversee the performance of the Wise referral program. Friend referrals have been pivotal to Wise's growth, and you will have the opportunity to impact the performance of our largest acquisition channel. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize the referral program's effectiveness across all countries where Wise operates.

About the role:

You will join the organic growth marketing team to help lower customer acquisition costs, bringing us closer to our mission of 0.

You will launch and manage campaigns via our invite-a-friend platform.

Conduct A/B tests and develop new initiatives to engage specific customer segments, primarily for the consumer product but also Wise Business.

Work closely with the product team to improve the referral experience and infrastructure.

Report on performance metrics in collaboration with marketing and product analysts.

Develop a regional approach accounting for different customer behaviors across countries, with potential to build a regional team.

Qualifications

About you:

Experience in large-scale growth operations focusing on referrals, managing budgets, and accountable for referral program performance.

Hands-on experience interpreting data and managing campaigns.

Experience localizing and running campaigns for a global company.

Passionate about understanding why customers recommend products, capable of forming hypotheses through customer conversations, and using insights to improve performance.

Ability to craft compelling messages and enhance the referral experience on web and mobile.
