Overview

Growth Marketing Lead

Join one of Belfast's fastest-growing software success stories. Backed by global partners and trusted by household names, this company is scaling fast and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to drive product-led demand generation and boost ARR. You'll work closely with founders and sales leaders to shape campaigns, generate pipeline, and optimise the full customer journey.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, partner).
  • Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and email with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Create high-impact content - e-books, factsheets, demo videos, landing pages.
  • Partner on co-marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Track funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep the website fresh, SEO-optimised and performing at a high standard.
What we\'re looking for
  • 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with strong demand gen experience.
  • Track record running paid acquisition and email campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytics, A/B testing and funnel optimisation skills.
  • Excellent writing and messaging skills.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Nice to have
  • Experience marketing to SMBs and enterprise within tech.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content strategy and marketing ops.
  • Comfort with websites/landing page optimisation.

  • £38k-£40k base (DOE) + bonus scheme.
