What the Role Involves
  • Own and execute our EU growth strategy, driving adoption and revenue across key verticals.
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships with payment providers, fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprise merchants.
  • Help launch and iterate go-to-market campaigns that build awareness and accelerate traction across target markets.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Marketing to localize offerings and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Stay ahead of EU payment trends, VAT frameworks, and regulatory shifts — and turn insights into actionable growth plays.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and constantly optimize for speed, efficiency, and impact.
  • Represent us within the EU fintech ecosystem, leveraging networks to drive visibility and strategic collaboration.
What the Role Requires
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and EU stakeholders.
  • 5+ years in business development, finance, sales, or strategy roles within fintech, payments, or tech-driven startups.
  • Deep understanding of EU payment rails, cross-border compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Experience leading market expansion and growth initiatives across multiple EU countries.
  • A strong network in the EU fintech ecosystem and proven ability to build high-value partnerships.
  • A bias toward action : data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Web3, remittance, or digital asset payments.
  • Previous startup leadership experience — scaling teams, managing budgets, or building out new markets.
  • Solid grasp of EU VAT and cross-country tax structures — financial modeling experience is a plus.
  • Background in financial analysis or strategy consulting.
