Job Title: Group Sustainable Operations Manager
Location: Covent Garden, London OR Milton Keynes
About the role: We are hiring a Group Sustainable Operations Manager to lead the delivery of BSI’s operational sustainability and net zero strategy across our global footprint. This role is accountable for delivery, not just design – translating plans into implemented actions with measurable outcomes. You’ll work across multiple functions and regions to drive decarbonisation, improve sustainability data and reporting, and embed environmental responsibility into day-to-day operations. If you're a delivery-focused sustainability leader who thrives on accountability, cross-functional coordination, and measurable change, this role offers a rare opportunity to make a global impact from day one.
This is a remote role, with the expectation to visit UK operational sites 2–3 days per month for purposeful presence – supporting decarbonisation discussions with key stakeholders including Property and Facilities teams. Key sites include Covent Garden, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, and Loughborough.
Grow your career and expand your skills and knowledge. At BSI, we offer opportunities to work across industries and across the globe. You’ll benefit from the different perspectives and experiences of your international colleagues, as well as ongoing training and development. We offer flexible working, as well as 27 days’ annual leave, paid sick leave, bank holidays, health insurance, life insurance, pension plan with company contribution, car allowance (dependent on role), income protection, paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, paid parental leave, adoption leave, compassionate leave, paid bereavement leave, learning and development opportunities, and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.
Please note: BSI are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this vacancy
