Overview

Group Service Manager required in the West Midlands/South West England region.

Up to £50,000 starting basic salary with an uncapped on-target-earnings of £70,000+ per annum. Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. Great opportunity if you are looking for progression from a single-site role to a regional position!

About the client

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group situated across the West Midlands, South West England, and South Wales, is currently looking to hire an additional Group Service Manager to join their busy group support management team.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed the monthly financial net profit target.
  • Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage 5 or 6 Service Managers within the group of 11 dealerships.
  • Control the diary of your Group Support Service Manager.
  • Liaise with other Group Service Managers to achieve objectives as a team.
  • Work closely with the Group Aftersales Director.
  • Develop and coach your team.
  • Ensure area adheres to health and safety policy.
  • Ensure main KPIs are exceeded.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with manufacturing partners.
  • Consistently live the company\'s core values and instil this in your team.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Ideally reside within Gloucestershire, North Bristol, Herefordshire, or Worcestershire region.
  • Background in a similar regional management role or currently a Service/Aftersales Manager at a single site looking to progress to a regional role.
  • UK driving license with minimal points.
  • Committed individual and a good team player.
  • Ability to produce consistent high-quality work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets.
