Overview

Are you a qualified finance leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving change? We’re working with an iconic and forward-thinking organisation in Oxfordshire to find a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of all transactional accounting and external reporting.

Role: Group Financial Controller aka Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Lead
Location: Nr Oxford / Hybrid c. 50% office / WFH
Salary: 70 - 85K - Great Bens, Pension and lots of freebies

Responsibilities
  • In this hands-on leadership role, manage a small but talented team, lead on audits for two corporate groups, and ensure a robust control environment across complex group structures.
  • Oversee statutory and FCA reporting.
  • Support system improvements and advise on new business opportunities.
  • Play a key role in shaping best practice across the organisation.
Qualifications
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE.
