Description

You’ll lead the day-to-day finance operations for one of the group's key businesses, working closely with a strong leadership team and overseeing a team of Finance and Processing functions, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance across all areas

Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly financial close and ensure accurate consolidated balance sheets and management accounts.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with valuation processes.
  • Harmonise accounting policies across the business and align with group standards.
  • Manage inter-company consolidation and annual audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance across all business taxes
  • Oversee payroll and transactional processing functions.
  • Lead transition of key processing functions to the group's central finance team.
  • Drive business improvement projects, including system integration.
Profile
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage finance teams
  • Experience in transformation projects and systems integration desirable.
