Description
  • Manage and oversee all group financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes across the organisation.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.
  • Ensure tax compliance and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
  • Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions to optimise financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and strong technical knowledge.
