Balancing diverse operational environments across two distinct locations and allocating time efficiently across sites.
Overseeing multiple management teams – location managers, head chefs, supervisors – adopting a coaching and developing culture across the estate, and planning resources across the two locations including succession planning and leadership development.
Managing multiple client relationships, acting as a strategic planner supporting the Operations Manager, and aligning service delivery across locations to the client group level expectations.
Responsible for multiple P&Ls and overall contract financial obligations, providing consolidated forecasts, budgeting, and future fiscal planning.
Driving innovation and efficiencies across locations, converting strategy into multi‑site operational plans, benchmarking performance between locations to drive continuous improvement, and working together as a team to lead by example, protecting the planet and supporting local communities.
