CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global service provider to recruit an experienced Group Billing Manager for a 9 12 month fixed‑term contract.

Our client is an established international organisation with operations spanning globally. Known for their people‑first culture, entrepreneurial approach and commitment to exceptional client service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business.

This role is integral to the ongoing transformation of their finance function, with a focus on enhancing structure, governance, efficiency and scalability across the global billing operation.

The Group Billing Manager will lead the end‑to‑end billing function across multiple regions and service lines, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance and client delivery. Working closely with the Finance Manager Group Operations, this person will drive process improvement, strengthen internal controls, support system enhancement projects and develop capability across the team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends operational delivery with strategic oversight.

What will the Group Billing Manager role involve?
  • Manage and develop the global billing team
  • Oversee timely and accurate invoicing across multiple entities and currencies
  • Implement and maintain billing policies, SOPs, and documentation
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
  • Resolve escalated billing queries and ensure strong internal controls
  • Produce regular billing reports and monitor key performance metrics
  • Support month‑end close activities and client onboarding
Suitable Candidate for the Group Billing Manager vacancy:
  • Proven experience managing a billing or revenue operations team
  • Strong understanding of multi‑entity, multi‑currency billing
