We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team in Ramsgate. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities
• Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and report to site/project management

Required Experience

The candidate must have experience in:

• Deep drainage
• Roads & sewers
• RC foundations (ring beam & strip foundations)
• Infrastructure installation
