Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.93

Contract Type: Permanent

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40

Location: Regional Recruitment - Perth, Kinross, Scotland, PH1 5UB

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of both mobile and static grounds maintenance operatives.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee all aspects of winter maintenance operations.
  • Lead by example and promote a strong health and safety culture across the teams.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion for working outdoors and ability to thrive in a flexible, agile working environment.
  • Experience in grounds maintenance and gritting operations.
  • PA1 and PA6 spraying licenses.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology.
  • Full UK driving licence.
