Overview

Grounds Maintenance Operative Shift Times: 07:00-15:30 Monday - Friday; Pay Rate: GBP13.28ph; Location: Chislehurst, BR76HF; Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a high-quality grounds maintenance service to a range of clients throughout the local area.
• Work within a team to carry out activities such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance.
• Ensure a safe working environment is always maintained.
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

Requirements

• To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
• Willingness to learn and be open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers, etc.).
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role.
