A leading grounds maintenance provider is seeking Ground & Landscape Maintenance Operatives (Machine Drivers) in the Bridgewater region. Candidates will carry out important highways work, including hedge cutting and verge trimming. Applicants should have experience with agricultural vehicles, a valid UK driving licence, and a safety-conscious mindset. Location: Bridgewater & surrounding region covering the M5 corridor
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 (hourly pay £13-15 plus overtime)
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 40 hours. Days & Nights depending on rota
We are looking for skilled & enthusiastic GM & Landscape Operatives in Bristol & surrounding region to carry out important Highways work. You will need to have experience and be confident and qualified to drive agricultural vehicles. You will be responsible for hedge cutting and verge trimming on main roads across the region to maintain and transform outdoor spaces. Working as part of a team under the supervision of a Team Leader, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Reporting remotely to the Staverton depot, your work will be covering main regional A roads & the M5 (north to Weston Super Mare, south to Exeter).
