You will be involved in creating assembly drawings, preparing bills of materials, and assisting in the development of valve products. Ideal candidates should have strong design skills, proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software like Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Strong design skills, ideally with an interest in valve or mechanical product design.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).
  • Understanding of engineering drawing standards (BS8888).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Creating general assembly and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Preparing bills of materials within the company's MRP system.
  • Assisting in the creation of installation, operation, and maintenance manuals.
  • Supporting the design and development of valve products in line with industry standards.
  • Contributing to troubleshooting and resolving product performance issues.
  • Assisting in the preparation of factory test procedures.
  • Collaborating with departments such as R&D, Sales, and Production.
