Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Location: Coventry

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + package

You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and senior management, supporting projects from early budgeting through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with cost planning, budgets, and estimates
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor enquiries
• Measurement and preparation of valuations
• Assisting with variations, cost reporting, and final accounts
• Maintaining accurate commercial records
• Working collaboratively with site teams and the wider business
