About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading and well-established accountancy practice, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their team as Trainee Accountants. The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Accountant, you will gain exposure across audit, accounts, and tax, building the technical and commercial skills required for a successful career in accountancy. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, receive structured training, and develop your client-facing skills from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements
  • Supporting audit assignments across a variety of industries
  • Assisting with tax compliance work and client queries
  • Preparing working papers and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Carrying out research and analysis to support advisory projects
  • Building professional relationships with both clients and colleagues
Candidate Profile
  • Recent graduate (or final-year student) with strong academic results (2:1 degree or above preferred; all disciplines considered, finance-related advantageous)
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
