The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils across the primary age range, delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and key skills. You'll work with individuals and small groups, helping to close attainment gaps and build pupil confidence. Expect to assist with classroom routines, resource prep, and progress tracking alongside the class teacher.
The Candidate
You’re a recent graduate with a calm, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in education. You’re confident working with children and able to adapt your approach to different learning needs. Experience in tutoring, mentoring or youth work is helpful but not essential—what matters is your enthusiasm and reliability.
