Graduate Teaching Assistants – January 2026 start

📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

📅 Start Date: January 2026

⏰ Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only

💰 Pay: £90 - £118 per day (depending on experience)

We're recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our partner Primary & Secondary schools across Hertfordshire starting this January.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand classroom experience, develop key skills, and build confidence—perfect for aspiring teachers, psychologists, or education professionals.

About the Role:
  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups across a range of subjects
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management and resource preparation
  • Working with students with SEN, EAL, or behavioural needs (full training provided)
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
