• Possibly working in alternative provision settings where your unique skills can truly shine!

Non-Negotiables

• 2:2 degree or higher
• A real passion for working with young people
• Two references from the last 2 years
• A willingness to learn (we'll help with the rest!)
• Experience with young people is a plus, but not essential!
