The Role
You’ll be based in a lively, diverse primary school supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your day will involve working 1:1 with pupils who need extra help, running group interventions in reading, writing or maths, and assisting the class teacher with general classroom tasks.

You’ll play a key role in raising attainment, building pupils’ confidence and helping the class run smoothly. You’ll also gain real insight into planning, behaviour management and SEN support.

The Candidate
This role suits a graduate with a clear interest in education. You’re patient, proactive, and reliable. Ideally, you’ve worked with children before – whether in a school, tutoring, volunteering or mentoring. You’ll need to be confident in building relationships quickly and consistent in your approach.
