The job is office based where we employ a hybrid model with a high degree of flexibility. Although people are welcome to come into the office full time, teams typically work in the office two or three days a week, and from home two or three days a week. In the initial months of the Graduate Scheme you will be expected to be in the Office five days a week.
The Software Engineering role involves working in a Software Development team of five to six people. You will use software development processes influenced by Lean and Agile methodologies to develop, enhance and maintain software on the Salesforce platform. There is a strong emphasis on high quality, continuous test automation and delivery.
Activities carried out are diverse and can include Software Development, Test Automation, Technical Design, Code Reviews, Estimating, Planning, in fact all the tasks associated with the production of high‑quality Software Features.
